We took The Man through the Pepsi lights again this year, as we probably will every year from here on out. It is just such a wonderful family holiday activity. He is at a great age for it too. He just absorbs it all. And he even started singing and babbling about it all, which is why I love this video, even though it is very long.
For those of you who aren't from the area and have no idea what I am talking about, the Pepsi bottling plant here in Corvallis sets up a neat holiday light display that is open to the public every night between Thanksgiving and New Years. They have tons of displays with almost every cartoon character you can imagine from my childhood. Community members and groups make and donate some of the displays and Pacific Power donates the electricity. I think you will be able to make out a bit of it in this video. If you are ever in the area after dark during this time of year, you must take your family through! Stop and get hot chocolate or DQ for the show and make it a night out!
