We went down to San Francisco to visit my dad and some of Paul's family the first week of March. After we arrived, we stayed one night with my dad and then headed out of town to near Clear Lake to visit Paul's Aunt Veigh and Uncle Bob. We had a great time out there and the countryside is beautiful!
We spent one day with Veigh and Bob driving down to Livermore to visit Paul's grandmother, Peggy, whom we haven't seen in at least four years. Peggy is in an assisted living facility, which she chose herself. She loves it! They keep busy and have non-stop activities. Plus, she kept her car and gets to check herself out for outings whenever she wants. We had a good but short visit which included taking her out to lunch. Keeping a nearly two year-old on the same pace as an 84 year old is tough! This was Peggy's first time meeting Benjamin and he was quite busy! It was a good and long overdue visit!
